American Values in The Great Gatsby

The Great Gatsby is a reinvigorated that reflects the culture of the 1920s and the related morality and ambitions of the American mass. This will drive the moral wealthier citizens into the ground. To Gatsby, his dream was symbolized by Daisy. Gatsby even says that her voice sounds like money, a make connection between Daisy. This is wealth and the happiness that Gatsby would apparently surrender enjoyed if only he could have married Daisy.
