Introduction
There be various roles in the distressing justice system. These roles stick their own significant purpose in a trial, whether it is a sinful trial or a civil trial. In this paper, I will attempt to discuss four particular roles that are related to trials. These roles include rightfulness enforcement, prosecutors, defenders and the judges. I will also be discussing how they work unneurotic and will describe at least one communicating exchange that they whitethorn exchange during a trial.
The Role of truth Enforcement/ Trials
Law enforcement defrauds one of the most important roles within the criminal justice system. Their duties vary when enforcing the polices that are set down by the judicial system and the government. Their duties can vary from issuing occupation violations, criminal investigations, emergency response, and crime prevention. In some instances, law enforcement is commonly called to trials as key witnesses to testify for the defense or for the prosecution. The information that law enforcement provides can range from evidence that may have retrieved from the crime scene, how that evidence was discovered, and witness that may have been questioned.
This information alone can have a massive impact on how a trial may end, and it provides the gore and judge vital information when determining a defendants guilt or innocence. (EHow, 2011)
Law enforcement basically offers their safe opinions on the crime in question. They may be asked questions by the judge, defense attorneys and prosecutors as to the location of the doubt when they arrived at the scene, if the suspect cooperated or not, and if anything was found on the suspect at the cartridge clip of arrest and what was found on them.
