The cultivated right movement began in the mid fifties and proceeded throughout the 1960s. Brown v. the Board of Education fought by stating educational institutes are fundamentally unequal.



The Supreme tourist court unanimously agreed that segregation in public schools is unconstitutional and declared that separated educational facilities are inherently unequal. This do the path for desegregation. Marshall later went on to become the head start African American Supreme Court Justice in American history.
The woman known as the mother of the civil rights movement had a huge effect on defeating the racial system. Rosa Parks, also a member of the NAACP, was an African American civil rights activist.
