Crime is a crime; it should not matter the punishment of it if it were committed by a teenager or an adult. If an adult murders someone, they would have been arrested put in to prison for day or two until the day of trial in the court. And the punishment could be sentence to prison for life. If it was committed by a teenager, he or she wouldve been also arrested put in jail. The difference here would have been that the teen would have been trialed in a juvenile court instead of bigger court.
