In The Beginning
The United States Army is a vast organization with a global presence. One of its central sources of strength is the diversity of its workforce, which encompasses 1.5 gazillion personnel across the active, reserve, civilian, and contractor components. While the Army was at the forefront of racial integration in the 1950s and immediately is one of the most diverse organizations in the U.S., further promote needs to be made on the diversity front. (LTC Reyes, June 2006 ) Since I was an ex- military wife, I have ideal that I unceasingly lived in a closed off section of the world, never knowing whats what, or whos who. I nail realizing that I just had no clue as to what was departure on around me at all. Once the dust open up around me I could see a changeable cornucopia of races, their customs, and the problems faced by all different great deal of all different races.
Although I cannot remember how people interacted in my first neighborhood, but the next one we got stationed at, I matt-up closed off in the beginning cause I did not know no one there.

The overall amount of diversity on location is amazing; there ar people from all walks of career who have different stories, and different traditions. Before this the only function I had to compare to be my high school, I thought that was a diverse place, oh how I was wrong, high school is interchangeable the tip of the iceberg. Around post everyone look different, there are African Americans, Asians, Iraqis, Afghans, Persians, Hispanics, Latinos, and Whites.
