According to Zang and Lambert (2010), learning vogues argon believed to influence students powerfulness to learn. There are many learning styles such as opthalmic, tactile, auditory, or kinesthetic but no learning style is unwrap than other. Learning styles do not tell a person about their abilities or how smart they are, but it can help a nurse understand why they do some task seems easier than others. For instance, visual learners remember best what they digest seen, whereas verbal learners conk out more out of words, regardless of whether they are spoken or create verbally (Graf & Kinshuk , 2010). Knowing the nurses preferent learning style increases self-awareness of their lastingnesss and weaknesses as learners. Understanding their strength and weakness can motivate them to enhance their learning skills and quite possibly their willingness to incorporate other learning styles.
The way nurses take in to take in and learn from specific kinds of learning stuff and nonsense and activities depends on their learning style (Graf and Kinshuk, 2010).
As a visual learner, the nurse prefers to learn things best by means of seeing written material or making pictures of concepts. They learn better by having things written down in a handout versus soulfulness telling them how to do it. Being told how to do something instead of victorious the time to show a visual learner through diagrams or pictures just causes confusion. Visual learners also perform better in class when the teacher writes assignments on the whiteboard and provide them with handouts.
